14 DAY RETURN POLICY
Our goal is to make sure you enjoy shopping with us.
However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us within 14 days of receipt. We will not be able to accept return requests if 14 days have passed after delivery of your order.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

REQUIREMENTS FOR A RETURN
To proceed with the return of the product, it must be in perfect condition, new, without scratches, bumps ..., provided that it does not go beyond the mere verification of the good condition and operation of the same, and with all the elements that make up the product (manuals, accessories, gifts, gifts, promotions, etc.). If the product is returned without its original packaging or damaged, the product may suffer a depreciation. However, you may also return products that have a manufacturing defect, have been wrongly sent to you or do not correspond to those you have purchased on our website.

Once the product is received by Pagani Design, and we verify that the conditions for the exercise of the right of return are met, within 14 working days, Pagani Design will proceed to refund the purchase price of the returned product, using for this purpose the same way in which the payment was made.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
All items are inspected before being shipped. However, if you receive a defective item, please contact us at sales@paganidesignusa.com within 72 hours of receipt, along with clear pictures and your order number. We will not be able to process defective merchandise after 72 hours. For defective items, you will have the option to receive a replacement part or a full refund of the amount you paid, the choice is yours.
INCORRECT ITEM RECEIVED
All items are inspected before being shipped. However, if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at sales@paganidesignusa.com within 72 hours of receipt, with clear photographic evidence of the item, package and your order number, and a new part will be sent to you once. we have verified the information. Alternatively, if the item is no longer in stock, you will be issued store credit or a full refund of the amount you paid.
LOST ITEM
IF you receive a package and it does not include all items, do not panic. Sometimes items are shipped separately due to weight restrictions / coming from a different warehouse. If after a few days / week after receiving the first package you did not receive the missing items, simply email us at sales@paganidesignes.com with your order number and the items received, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. as we can.
CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase. However, if 2 hours have passed after your order was placed, we cannot cancel your order, but we will always assist you in your situation.
If you wish to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate any changes if your order has not yet shipped. If your order has been shipped, we will not be able to change it.
